Display Rack Info
As you can see on the left, it came with a battery tester attached on the side of the display. Also has, what's looks like a sticker on the back of the display to show how to set up the flashlights and batteries. The last two photos show what's hard to read on the display, so I made it easier to read. Very cool piece!
All metal rack with the tin sign on top with very little rush, no cracks, no chips, with minor scraches on the tin sign, a couple of small dents, and some fading in the colors in areas. Still in good condition after all these years.
The display rack measures 18 inches tall by 14 inches wide and 8 1/2 inches deep. It will hold 9 flashlights and 18 batteries.
Note: The USALite red-heads sold for $1.49 and the USALite swivel-heads sold for $1.98.
The store onwer would display this on the countertop in the store. Why it's called a countertop store display or, store counter display rack. Either way, you get the idea.
Display Rack
You can see the difference of the racks on the left. Look close and you'll see it. Both show shadows on the wall. Where you see the C cell flashlight on each end - C cell flashlights fit in better than a D cell flashlight. D cell flashlights won't fit. My guess is - one was made for D cells, top and bottom holders on the rack. The other display rack had the top flashlight holder for C cell flashlights and bottom held D cell flashlights.
