Vintage USALite Catalog Ads Gallery
I've been slowly collecting some USALite advertising ads on their line of flashlights and batteries, not easy to find. So now I have enough to put together a gallery for flashlights and batteries ads. This is what I have so far. I hope to add a few more ads as I find them. The Hunt Continues....
Most of these ads are from a few different catalogs... 1937-1938, 1939-1940 and 1941-1942 Paramount Salesman Supply catalog, along with the 1940's Tabatt BROS. retail catalog. At the end of the gallery I added some from 1932. Some ads came one at a time from other sources. Got to love the prices!
Get ready to see another line of the USALite Redheads. Properly never seen by most collectors, or even knew they existed. This could be your first look at the "Redhead Junior" flashlight... on the internet, and maybe, anywhere else? The flashlights came in different colors in a satin-smooth finish plastic case, with a remove-able stand. See Below....
You will notice the Zep-O-Lite printer block under the flashlight below. I never thought I would find the flashlight, let alone the flashlight printer block. Both very hard to find.
Here's a look from the 1939 catalog, that I found some of the ads on this page.
This is the Zep-O-Lite printer block. What a rare find. |

The USALite and Gamble Connection. This ad is from a 1942 Gamble's catalog showing USALite flashlights. You can see the redhead, (not the flat end cap) swivel-head and Army lights on the right end. (H - I and J) Also seen is the purse-spot light and a penlite. |
